Cookie Queens — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cookie Queens game (“the game”). By installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. The game

Cookie Queens is a free-to-play queen-placement puzzle game. The game does not require an account and is intended for general audiences.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the game;
• Use cheats, automation, bots, or third-party software to alter the game or gain an unfair advantage;
• Abuse, harass, or attempt to disrupt the game, its ads, or its analytics;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game or its content.

4. Virtual currency & in-app purchases

Coins

In-game coins and other virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases (where available) are processed by the platform store (e.g., Google Play). We may grant, adjust, or reset virtual balances; except where required by law or the platform’s refund policy, purchases are generally non-refundable.

5. Advertising

The game is free and supported by ads (interstitial, rewarded, and banner) served via Google AdMob and its partners. Third-party ad networks have their own terms and practices.

6. Third-party services

The game integrates third-party SDKs (Google AdMob / UMP, Google Play Services, GameZipper Analytics). Their respective terms and privacy practices also apply. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or game progress, arising out of or related to your use of the game.

9. Changes

We may update the game or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect on the next app launch after an update. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the game ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., No warranty, Limitation of liability) remain in effect.

11. Children

The game is designed to be suitable for general audiences and is intended to comply with app-store families/children policies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; see the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
