Cookie Queens — Privacy Policy

Cookie Queens (“the game”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the game collects and how it is used. The game is a puzzle game and does not require an account.

Data we collect

1. Analytics

To understand gameplay and improve the game, we collect anonymous usage events via GameZipper Analytics:

• Install identifier (install_id) and session identifier (session_id) — random IDs generated on your device, reset if you clear app data. They do not identify you personally.
• Device info: platform (Android/iOS), OS version, language, app version.
• Gameplay events: level starts / completions / failures, button taps, ad impressions, tutorial progress.
• IP address (used by the server only for rough country estimation; not stored on your device).

2. Advertising

The game shows ads (interstitial / rewarded / banner) via Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Google’s privacy policy.

• In regions with applicable consent laws (EU/UK/EEA — GDPR, California — CCPA), the game shows a consent dialog (UMP) before loading personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads.

3. Local storage

Game progress, coin balance, sound settings, and the install id are stored in your device’s local storage. This stays on your device and is never uploaded except as part of the anonymous analytics events above.

Data we do NOT collect

• Name, email, phone number, address
• Precise location
• Contacts, photos, messages
• Payment card details (in-app purchases are handled by Google Play; we never see your card data)

Children’s privacy

The game is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

• Google Play Services — in-app billing
• GameZipper Analytics — usage analytics

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your region you may have the right to access, export, or delete your data. Because we only hold anonymous, device-generated identifiers, the simplest way to reset is to clear the app’s storage/data (Android: Settings → Apps → Cookie Queens → Storage → Clear Data) and/or uninstall the game.
